Helped with a great program tonight put together by Matt & Tony and with the help of myself and some other RA's.
Basically we prepared a dinner that was all grown within 100 miles of Pearce Ford Tower and had a local farmer come in and speak with us. Then, everything was recyclable or going to turn into dirt : ) We made such a good dinner too! Chicken, salad, green beans, mashed potatoes, bread, and ice cream with fresh strawberries and melted fair trade chocolate for dessert.
Was AMAZING : )
